Every time I tried to book a tatkal ticket in IRCTC I don’t know what happens to the website… They claims INDIA is best in exporting services, it’s filled with world’s leading Tech majors like TCS, infosys etc. … and out P.M. is announcing steps after steps… can’t anybody see and feel this problem?? Do normal people have some general rights or not? Is our constitution sleeping? Are our technology engineers forgot their knowledge or getting less paid!! whatever be the reason when it’s gonna change?? Where are the good days?? Can’t they manage a website only for one hour?? everyday it’s crashing and showing errors of unreachable… and the brokers making money!!If this has to happen then stop online booking and do only via Broker. why this kolavari di?? Why IRCTC will deduct out money and refund after 3 days??
Someone has to be reminded that we not less than any developed countries… but we lack sprit of working… we should get back to right track before the accident happens….
